Return & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
Defective/Damaged Products
Wrong Item Received
Unopened and Unused Products

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
  • Pet accessories with signs of wear
  • Massage appliances that have been used

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at admin@josephecom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

📌 Note: Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
