Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
✅ Defective/Damaged Products
✅ Wrong Item Received
✅ Unopened and Unused Products
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
- Pet accessories with signs of wear
- Massage appliances that have been used
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at admin@josephecom.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
📌 Note: Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
